To dota lovers and other EXCITING games ie cod4, cs and left4 dead, please do always maintain consistence breathing.
This is what i did for about 3 months experiment :
i test the breathing rate of mine while playing dota.
What i found out is that most of the time, i hold my breath even longer than i can hold during anytime because my eyes and brain were focusing to the screen and moment. This is not good, and can cause suffocation to the other body part and brain.
If you dont believe, you can actually test it. What we were thought during exercise is to take a deep breath, and maintain a trend of breathing. Even gym-ing is to learn to control your breath. yoga. dancing. Basically all i can say is if you too concentrate on something, you will neglect some other thing which is not GOOD.
okay that's all. i shall see what else in my experiment.
